Chris Hawken, Appointed Director of Client Services Precision |
| |
Precision have grown from starter business in 1995 to one employing 50 people providing a wide range of key marketing services for clients. I am very fortunate to have such a great team and of course the clients who helped make us what we are now. |
| |
Our business plan for the next 5 years and beyond is to build the Strategy and Consultancy side of our business to complement the execution of our client's sales and marketing activities. |
| |
And so I am delighted to announce that Chris Hawken is joining us on Feb 1st as Director of Client Services at Precision. |
| |
Chris's last role is currently Head of Brand Communication at Renault, and previously in similar roles at Audi and Skoda, as Head of Marketing in both UK and International roles. He sold Montego and Maestro cars in the 80’s to fleet customers while working at Rover. Those who remember them would know that was a thankless job! |
| |
His final work at Renault has been managing a new Clio campaign, which sees the return of
Va Va Voom helped by some well known celebrities, which we will see on TV in early February. His other experience means he is well placed to lead the operational business units Precision provide which, relevant to your work, are :-
| |
- Precision Digital
- Precision Information
- Precision Print
Solutions
- Precision Direct Marketing
Chris has also worked on the agency side and so is familiar with the time pressures of Marketing in this era and the needs you have of Precision’s Account Management team.
| |
The very sad news in this communication is that Dominic Murdoch who has been part of our business almost since it formed in 1995 is leaving to pursue new challenges. Dom joined Precision in 1996 when we were just off the kitchen table and he started the London office for Precision in 2004 and helped the business grow into new areas which are now a significant part of our offering to our customers. I hope that you will be able to join me and the rest of the Precision team at a leaving party for Dom in London at the end of his notice period. More news to follow on that.
| |
I will be ensuring a smooth changeover and I look forward to meeting with you to introduce Chris as he takes over the running or doing of the work we so love to do for you. Chris will be based in our office in Central London. |
